Performances and productions
Educational programs or workshops
Creative development processes
Fundraising events or initiatives
How This Differs from General Operating Support
While our General Operating Support Grants provide ongoing monthly funding for overall organizational needs, Project & Initiative Grants are:
Tied to a specific project, event, or initiative
Short-term rather than ongoing
Based on a defined plan and budget
Designed for targeted impact
Proposal Guidelines
We do not require a formal application form. Instead, organizations are encouraged to submit a concise proposal that includes:
1. Project or Initiative Description
What is happening?
Who is involved?
When and where will it take place?
What is the intended impact?
2. Budget Overview
Strong proposals clearly outline:
Key expense line items
Secured funding
Pending or anticipated funding
The remaining funding gap
3. Supporting Information (as applicable)
Artistic Projects:
Artistic vision or concept
Participating artists (bios optional but encouraged)
Fundraising Initiatives:
Event structure or format
Donation tiers or sponsorship levels
4. Recognition Plan
Please describe how Alpha Wealth Foundation will be acknowledged. Examples include:
Printed programs
Verbal recognition at events
Website or social media
Sponsor listings or signage
Complimentary tickets to the event or program
5. Funding Request
Amount requested
What the funds will directly support
6. Organizational Readiness (Recommended)
These grants are most effective for organizations that are prepared to execute a clear plan. To help us understand your readiness, we encourage you to briefly address:
Do you currently have a system in place for paying artists and staff?
Are you operating with basic legal and financial structures in place (e.g., entity status, contracts, accounting practices)?
Who is responsible for managing this project, and what is their capacity to deliver it?
If full funding is not secured, what is your plan to adapt or scale the project?
If your organization is still developing these foundational systems, we may recommend starting with capacity-building support or coaching before pursuing project funding.
Our Approach
We prioritize proposals that demonstrate:
Clarity of vision and planning
Financial transparency
Feasibility
Alignment between funding request and impact
