AWF reserves the right to request additional information, deny applications, or discontinue funding opportunities at any time.
4. Donations & Contributions
All donations to Alpha Wealth Foundation are final and non-refundable, unless made in error.
Alpha Wealth Foundation is a private foundation organized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for tax purposes.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in workshops, meetings, or events may involve travel, in-person interaction, or other activities.
Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being while engaging in any AWF-related activities.
Alpha Wealth Foundation is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in programs or events.
